How to Register
Step 1: Fill in your information
Provide your email, password, company name, and contact details
Step 2: Submit application
Click the "Submit Application" button to submit
Step 3: Wait for approval
Our team will review your application within 24 hours
Email notification
You will receive an email once your application is approved
How to Login
Prerequisite
Your account must be approved before you can login
Login steps
Enter your registered email and password on the login page
Tip: If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" link to reset it
How to Download Files
Browse resources
After login, go to Dashboard → Files to see all available resources
Filter by category
Use category filters: Products, Technical, Software
Click download
Click the Download button on any file to start downloading
Download limit
Each member has a download quota (default 500 files)
Password Reset
Forgot password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
Enter email
Enter your registered email to receive reset link
Set new password
Click the link in email and set a new password (min 8 characters)
FAQ
Q: Why can't I login after registration?
A: Your account needs admin approval. Please wait for the approval email.
Q: What if my application is rejected?
A: You will receive an email with the rejection reason. Contact us if needed.
Q: How many files can I download?
A: Each member has a download quota. Check your dashboard for remaining quota.
Q: Password requirements?
A: Password must be at least 8 characters long.
